KS2™ services integrate FMS technologies with enterprise information systems for efficient management of physical facilities such as pipes, meters, signs, streets, valves, and pumps. FMS technologies include WESTON's infrastructure management solutions (MainBreak, CAMP, PIPES) and off-the-shelf Maintenance Management System (MMS) software. MMS software tracks service requests, work orders, crew performance, infrastructure (asset) history and condition, and life-cycle costs. KS2™ helps our clients select the best MMS software to meet their specific needs, plan for successful implementation, integrate MMS software with enterprise systems (GIS, financials, workflow automation), and integrate WESTON's infrastructure management solutions. FMS Applications: MainBreak™ - WESTON offers a low-cost water main leak isolation application. It is available as an extension for ESRI’s ArcView 8.3 GIS softwarea. MainBreak is a practical, low-cost tool for water utilities that are serious about putting water main leak isolation and customer notification functionality on computers in the field. Capital Asset Management Program (CAMP) - WESTON created the Capital Asset Management Program (CAMP) system to help identify, coordinate, and schedule capital improvements. PIPE Evaluation System (PIPES) - The PIPES application was developed to help engineers, managers, and planners identify and prioritize water mains for preventive maintenance, rehabilitation, and replacement. |
